Final Project: High-fi Prototype
INSTRUCTIONS
First, I changed all the colours according to my UI kit that I made.
Afterwards, I went on Google to look for images to include for the user
profiles and the book covers.

There were a few differences in terms of the color/contrast from the low-fi
prototype. For example, the 'Pay to Read' ribbon was originally supposed to
have a darker text on top of a lighter background but I felt like it wasn't
super visible. I also wanted to include more of the brand color to highlight
it.

I also decided to add an extra page for search results since I felt like
it was lacking.

All the text sizes and buttons are the same as the homepage, the only
difference is that the descriptions and titles are on the left side to
make use of space.
There really isn't much else for me to say about the process of the
high-fi prototype so I'm just going to add some comparison pictures for
you to see the difference between the current Wattpad app and my redesign.

REFLECTION
My experience with this task was alright. I feel like even though there is
quite a difference between my app redesign and the current Wattpad app in terms of features, it
doesn't feel like such a significant change. It sort of makes me a little disappointed in myself since I know that I can do better. I definitely do think I could have added way more frames and
features in my redesign however the time constraint really made it
difficult to do so. In my opinion, I also think I should have explored the
brand's identity further to really get an idea of how to make the app feel
more connected to its colors, if that makes sense.
Overall, I feel okay about my redesign. There is really only so much you
can do with colours and layouts without making it too overwhelming.
Especially since the most important thing about Wattpad are the books. I
also am probably not seeing the improvements and changes in my redesign
cause I've been working on it for weeks compared to a person who wasn't
there to see my design journey along the way.
